3. Main function and configuration of electric control system
it includes the mill process operation control, the mill speed control, mechanical lubrication system control, strip thickness auto-control and process cooling system control and so on. It is equipped with the perfect operation, monitoring display and fault alarm system which will show the state, running parameter and fault of the whole line.
the mill electric automatization includes full-digital dc drive, mcc ac motor control, low-voltage distribution system, basic automatization and thickness auto-control system (agc).
