Carbonation Assembly is an efficient instrument designed to evaluate the pressure and temperature of carbonated drinks. It is considered to be one of the most precise and trustworthy inspection assembly in PET Bottle industry. A highly accurate spherical indenter is installed in the machine which is responsible for indenting the specimen under punch assemble utilizing pressing tools. The test readings can be seen afterwards on the respective gauges. The main body is being coated with corrosion resistant finish for long life functioning. Precisely designed dial gauges are equipped for zero error testing data along with a digitalized thermometer for temperature recording. The apparatus is not at all heavy like other equipment and allow complete portability for operators.
