Serving and Clearing Becomes Easy to Use with Carousel Systems
Serving staff will find carousel systems easy to use. They simply place cutlery into the cutlery soak trolley, scrape leftovers into the waste bin using the plate scraper and put the crockery and glasses onto the designated level of the carousel system.
Busy staff will be able to find what they need, leading to an efficient, organised and clean kitchen, with optimal storage racks giving easy access to kitchenware and food, with everything stored in the correct place. Dishwashing staff will be able to wash cutlery twice using the carousel system as well as sorting the glasses and cups into the correct dishwashing baskets. Full baskets are placed into guide rail sections under the table, whilst serving dishes are put into the basin to soak.
