Our cartridge filter system meet a broad range of liquid, compressed air and gas filteration applications. All details of design, material, construction and workmanship of the vessels are as per ASME Code and GEP Standards. Cartridge filter housing accommodates Double Open End ( DOE ) or Single Open End ( SOE ) filter cartridges. Mechanical coverlift ( Davit Arm ) is available in multicartridge filter housings. Material of construction of S.S.316, S.S.304, M.S. and Teflon coated cartridge filter system is available for specific application.
Our filter cartridges are available in Nominal as well as Absolute rating of 0.2µ to 150µ particle retention rating. Type of cartridges are Depth, Pleated and Membrane pleated cartridges for Sterile Liquid and Air Filteration applications. Validation support documents will be provided along with membrane filter cartridge.
Applications of Cartridge Filter System are as follows :-
Chemical Processing, Coatings, Oil & Gas Production, Food & Beverage, Pharmaceuticals, Photographic, Membrane Prefilteration, Corn Syrups, Lube Oils, Sterile Air, Aromatic Hydrocarbons, R.O. Prefilteration, Paint, Metal Treatment, Tank Vents.
i) Catalyst Recovery Systems & Products :-
Our Catalyst Recovery System Consist of Wedge wire screen attach to a Filter Housing and having surface profile that is spirally wrapped around axial support profile and attached to each other by resistance welding. These filter elements give very accurate, narrow slot opening and perfect roundness. In to out flow with support profile at the inside, is possible for most combinations.
ii) Compressed Air & Gas Filteration Systems :-
Major contaminants found in Compressed Air Systems are Water vapour, Atmospheric Dirt, Liquid Oil, Oil Vapour and Microorganisms. Our validated filter elements give 0.2µ Absolute particle retention ratings in compressed air & gas filteration applications. Compressed Air and Gas filter elements for Sterile applications in pharmaceuticals are Integrity tested with Bubble point pressure and Diffusional Flow details. Bacterial retention support document are also provided with sterile filter cartridges.
Our Compressed Air & Gas filter housings are made as per ASME code and GEP standard. M.O.C. of Compressed Air filter housing is Aluminium Die Cast, S.S.316,
S.S.304 etc.
Applications of Compressed Air & Gas filter systems are :-
Tank Vent air Filteration, Filteration of Compressed Gased, Sterlie Venting of Holding Tank, Sterile CO2 Filteration, Microbial control of Inlet Air for Bioprocessing of foods.
iii) Integrity Test Kit :-
A common, nondestructive method used to test the integrity of cartridge construction to compare relative porosities of filter media or to monitor product consistency as a quality control method. We provide Integrity Test Kit in S.S.316L Material.
