Stainless Steel Water & Glue Tank for corrosion free long lilfe and in-direct heating for the use of Hot Glue.
Cylindrically Grinded Stainless Steel Gluing Rollers ensures even glue application on all tupe of cover materials.
Operator friendly adjustments for job setup and quick changeover.
Pneumatically controlled register device with Auto Suction bed for Hard Boards to be placed on cover mterial ensures accurate positioing and results in consistent and quality production of hard covers.
Standard feature to select single (for lining) job or Two folds in one pass.
Adjustable roller height for variable board thickness.
Silicon Rollers for guiding & final pressing removes air bubbles from covers after turning-in.
Rolller pressure cn be adjusted as per board thickness.
Automatic Sensor based Counter and Large delivery stand to stack-the finised covers.
