• Broken percentage approx : 12-14% (including 6%-8% available broken nut at the inlet)
• Treatment process viz. Roasting or Steaming decides which setting data should be set for the machine
• The type of cashew nut viz. Vietnam, Indonesia, Cambodia, India depending to how the process is practiced the drying time the temperature is set
