OUR MAIN ACTIVITIES ARE :-
CNC machine (PVC Pipe threading) Building
CNC machine Reconditioning & Servicing
CNC machine Retrofitting
CNC system Upgradation
CNC machine calibration with Laser interferometer
PLC based automation for standard as well as tailor made Applications.
Retrofitting includes pre inspection, complete dismantling, designing of electrical & mechanical elements, re-machining, layout, reassembly re-inspection and functional prove out of the machine. The complete task can also be executed at customer works, to avoid unnecessary activities like packing, lifting & transportation of high value machines. The customer has the choice of selecting CNC system and PLC, based his requirement & application but generally, we offer FANUC, SIMENS or MITSUBISHI Make for CNC's and SIEMENS or FANUC or ABB Make for PLC's.
In addition to the above activities, we also under take proving out of jobs on CNC machines, Annual Maintenance Contract of CNC machines, Servicing of CNC Machines, Systems, Drives and Accessories. Several customers are benefited by us in the above areas.
