Cast Iron Surface Plates

The cast iron surface plate  is a measurement benchmark for inspecting the flatness, parallelism, straightness, and other geometric tolerances of mechanical parts. The cast iron marking platform can also be used for marking, riveting, grinding, and measurement of general and precision parts. The accuracy of cast iron surface plate  is generally level 3, with specifications of 1000-9000mm.

　　The specifications of the  surface plate  are 200 × 200-3000 × 8000mm (special specifications can be customized according to user drawings or agreed upon by both parties for production and processing)

　　The hardness of the working surface of the high-strength cast iron HT200-300 on the marking platform is HB170-240. After two manual treatments (artificial annealing at 600-700 degrees and natural aging for 2-3 years), the product has stable accuracy and good wear resistance.

　　The  surface plate  is executed according to the national standard metrological verification regulations, with four levels: 0, 1, 2, and 3.
