Cast Sprockets

I'ANCO Mining Chain Sprockets are cast in low alloy steel then quenched and tempered to give an exceptionally hard and durable material. Sprockets are supplied with pilot bore or can be completely assembled and mounted on a shaft. For difficult to reach applications, the sprockets can be supplied as a split bolt on rim. When it is time to change the sprocket just unbolt it from the hub and bolt in the new one. There is no need to pull the shaft out of the conveyor to perform the work.
