The majority of parts we cast are application specific to a certain customer, or OEM(Original Equipment Manufacturer). These parts are in a variety of hardnesses from the very soft to the very hard depending upon the application.
We guide customers in the material selection process to maximize the performance of parts in their application. We design your tooling to ensure its proper performance and supply sample first article parts prior to production parts to verify your satisfaction.
Applications requiring high abrasion resistance, outstanding tear and tensile strength, noise dampening, chemical resistance, and excellent load bearing capability, find that urethane surpasses most other polymers.
