Castable (Zero Baking Castable)

Zero baking castable is a new type of refractory material that is free of maintenance and baking.the advantages of this material can be summed up as follows.1After the construction for the Zero baking castable is finished,the nozzle can be started immediately to ignite for increasing to the operating temperature.During increasing temperature ang application,the construction object poured by zero baking castable is free of burst,crack,overburning,and chip off-falling,and can be used directly without maintenance and oven after construction .Capable of saving the oven cost ,oven time and avoiding maintenance and oven after construction.2.The comparison of our zero baking castable with the low cement castable of the same aggregate and base material is shown as follows.As a type of coagulant,cement shall be added based on the addition ratio of 0.5~3%.The zero baking castable�s temperature at normal temperature and construction performance are higher than that of low cement castable.Because of the addition of less cement and the sharp decrease of low melting material introduced to the castable system,the zero bakingcastable�s performance at high temperature and operating temperature are superior to that of low cement castable. web:en.jznem.cn email:jznem-sunny@hotmail.com
