Casting Tables Of TAV L

This unit allows the casting and solidification of ingots from 1 to 5 kg and is composed of three modules:

1. preheating of the ingot Module equipped with a device for controlling the solidification of the metal by air flames and propane gas timed, and can be actuated by means of photoelectric cells.
2. Floor for supporting the ingot, water cooled, which is used in the casting stage.
3. copper plate used for the slingottamento, also water-cooled.

The described plant can undergo customizations on the customer's request, photos posted are just one example of the many possible system solutions.
Based on the needs of the customer it is possible to create tailor-made systems, with suitable characteristics to the machining process required.
