Cationic Polyacrylamide

cpam shows electropositivity in acid or alkaline medium. There is a significant effect in the treatment of wastewater with negative charges. Its characteristics are fast floc formation, good conglobation and good resistance to compression and shear. It is very efficient in usage and has high dehydration rate. It is used for the waste water treatment in alcohol factory, monosodium glutamate factory, sugar factory, beverage factory, tanneries, dyeing and other feilds. The effect of cpam is several times higher than apam, npam or inorganic salt. It is used as flocculant in the process of tap water treatment with river water as its source, showing less dosage, effective and low cost as its advantage. It has a better effect to be used together with inorganic coagulant in particular. It can be used as paper additives as well.
