We are a reliable name for providing Causticized Lignite to the clients. A partially soluble additive, Causticized Lignite offers thin, low-permeability filter cakes accompanied by low fluid loss. The Causticized Lignite helps control rheology and reduces fluid loss, extends temperature limits, emulsifies oil, reduces flocculation and stabilizes water base drilling fluids. In solution, the Causticized Lignite has an alkaline pH, owing to which it doesnâ��t need large caustic additions to maintain a stable PH.
Properties

Can be used in any water base fluid
Does not require additional treatments with caustic soda
Most effective in mud systems with an alkaline pH in the range of 9 - 11

Uses

Used for rheology and filtration control in water base mud
For helping maintain a constant pH
Effective at stabilizing the properties of mud exposed to high temperatures and contaminations such as calcium
Especially effective in high temperature applications and in dispersed systems as a synergistic additive with lignosulfonates
