Full cca cctv cable 3+1 covert camera cable (2+1/3+1/4+1) cctv cable is the composite structure of one video core, two power cores and one audio core intended to install the hd cameras with audio system from one point to digital video recorder (dvr). Cable is capable of carrying video signal (75 ohms coax) with audio 12 volts power wire. Constructional specification • video core: as per customer requirement we manufacture solid as well as stranded copper conductor video core in which copper size starts from 0.40 mm to 0.70 mm or stranded copper conductor of equal cross sectional area. It is insulated with polyolefin that is pe, on this we provide aluminium mylar moisture barrier tape with 70% bare/tinned copper or alloy wire braiding with pvc coating. • power core & audio core: here size of copper conductor ranges from 14/43 awg to 14/38 awg and it is pvc/pe coated to carry power at 12 volts or audio signal. • overall polyester tapped and pvc jacketed with cable’s final od 6.1 mm note: purpose of manufacturing 2+1 cctv cable is to economise the cost of cables made with heavy copper content to travel video signal upto long distance. And 4+1 cctv cable is manufactured to met industry demand. 8 shape cctv cable it is designed with the purpose to carry video signal in one tube and to carry power in a separate adjacent tube. It is done to reduce inductance and maintain impedance to ensure long distance travel of video signal without any effect of current on it. Premium camera cable (cctv 3+1) the composite cable similar to the above but the aluminium mylar tape shielding is the additional feature for the outside protection from electro magnetic static noise with same pvc outer sheath. Coaxial cable rg-59 with two power cores it is constructed in 8 shape where one tube of cable contains rg-59 and other tube contains two cores of 0.25 mm2 to run hd camera on a length above 200 meters. Lift cctv cable flat shaped lift cctv cable is made with the aim to provide utmost possible flexibility. It has 2 power cores and one video core with stranded copper conductor having 80 fine strands of copper. Full cca cctv cable 3+1 in this variety of cctv cable video core as well as other 3 cores are made up of 7/36 awg copper coated alloy wire and braiding/mesh is constructed with 36 alloy wires. This is a very economical variety which has the capacity to run hd camera at an approximate length of 100 meters.
