Our Hot Stamping Machine is mechanically operated that works on the Up/Down function. Before starting the cycle, the operator should put the object in position on jig fixture mounted on indexing table. Herein, the foil moves forward after the stamping plate moves up. The operator has to place and remove the object manually. Our Hot Stamping Machine is equipped with variable drive along with a PID controller which synchronizes the temperature to get finest printing quality. Also, it is integrated with a counter which counts number of stroke. It has a display to show number of counts.
