Electric Shrink Sleeve Applicator Machine, For Industrial, Certification : CE Certified

Description & Operations :

• This machine consists 4 meter of Conveyor with S.S 304 slat chain for product entry & exit.
• The Containers will be manually placed in pug of the input conveyor of Sleeve Applicator Machine.
• Length of film can be adjusted through HMI.
• Sleeve will be placed over the Marker  while moving
• A sensor is placed below sleeving unit for container sensing.
• When input sensor sense rotary cutter operates through servo.
• Cutter cut the film at present length.
• Film roll is mounted on reel mounting assembly which supply film at regular intervals with the help of dancing rollers
• Film is fed to the mandrel through number of rollers.
• Mandrel is designed according to the shape of containers.
• Pair of rollers is placed on mandrel at bottom which pull the sleeve while cutting and places over the marker.
• After placing sleeve markers moves through the shrink tunnel
• After finish containers will be ejected by manually

Shrink Tunnel :

• This unit contains Heaters inside the tunnel which shrinks the sleeve.
• Blowers are placed at the top of the tunnel to circulate the hot air around the sleeve.
