CONTROL SYSTEM

• The temperature control range is adjustable between -10°C ~ -40°C
• Uses a microprocessor-based temperature controller
• Temperature control is precise to 1°C
• Along with a digital temperature display, it has a keyboard lock and a password protected configuration page
• The freezer has a delayed start and safe stop interval between restart and being terminated
• Equipped with audio and video alarms, such as: High or Low Temperature alarm, Power Failure alarm, Low Battery alarm, Door Open alarm, Filter Blocking alarm and System Failure alarm (DW-FL531)
• The temperature recorder records 7 days of data. The 72 hour backup battery powers the recorder and controller (DWFL531)

STRUCTURAL DESIGN

• The Upright Freezers Types has a stainless-steel interior (DW-FL450 is ABS material)
• The outer is a painted steel panel with 100mm foaming insulation (DW-FL531)
• Casters for easy handing
• Three adjustable stainless steel shelves with inner doors and a double silicon gasket seal. (DW-FL450 models has drawers inside)
• Optional: Chart recorder, CO2 back up, storage racks/boxes and remote alarm system.

REFRIGERATION SYSTEM

• The popular imported compressor lowers noise and power consumption
• Has a unique refrigeration circulation
• Uses a unipolar compressor with oil-lubricated technology
