The machine can be used to produce the weaver’s beam in a single operation. It is withdrawn from the single-end yarn packages on the creel & directly wound on a beam. It is suitable for strong yarns that do not require sizing such as continuous filaments when the number of warp ends on the warp beam is relatively small. This is also called direct beaming. In hot mixing the temperature is increased due to friction generated during high speed mixing process. We offer a high speed mixture suitable for polymer resin to mix with additives, pigment paste or powder for dry blending and granules with master batches.

• Moisture free blending and compounding with additives in different controlled temperatures
• Stainless steel inner vessel and graded mild steel outer jacket provided with temperature sensors for monitoring the powder temperature and water jacket to avoid clotting of the resin during process.
