Cefpodoxime

We are offering cefpodoxime is an oral, third generation cephalosporin antibiotic.
it is effective against various gram positive & gram negative microorganisms.
clavulanic acid is a beta lactamase inhibitor produced by streptomyces clavuligerus.
clavulanic acid is an irreversible inhibitor of intracellular and extracellular β-lactamases.
it binds to beta lactamase enzyme and inactivates them, thus restricting the cefpodoxime destruction.
this combination is useful in treatment of:
1) upper and lower respiratory tract infections
2) skin and soft tissue infections
3) urinary tract infections
4) gonorrhea
5) acute community acquired pneumonia
6) pharyngitis, tonsillitis
