The company has obtained UKAS certified for ISO 9001:2003 mark in 2003 and through continuous Process improvement and streamlining the quality system at par the international standard. GTS takes care of customer's need by supplying them the quality product as per standards for their total satisfaction. We have a jobing foundry making grey iron casting. Our own Machine Shop has CNC turning centers and CNC Machining Centers with sophisticated Quality Contron Equipment like CNC Co-ordinate Measuring Machines.
Our fans are assembled with our own castings and machined Parts. We have an able set-up of fan testing. The Company is fully committed to deliver timely and to extend effective services besides maintaining the quality levels. In Pursuit of excellence, the company will adopt practices that support conservation,sustenance and rejuvenation of energy, environment and natural resources. This would be achieved by educating our people, continual improvement of technology and processes and application of research.This policy has been communicated to all employees and will be made available to public on demand.
GTS Manufacturers a number of components in house and also procures from dedicated suppliers. Number of Manufacturing machines such as Lathes, Presses, welding Unit and Winding Systems are available for manufacturing of components. Full fledged assembly facilities for motors and fans are available including balancing machine, painting facilities.
Computerized Testing facilities are created so as to test and obtain test reports. These facilities are utilized for testing of fans produced by the production department personnel and also for developmental purposes. Computerized accounting & administrative facilities are created for smooth & efficient working so that customer satisfaction can be maximized.
