The ash cleaning pressure in the ash cleaning system of pulse cement tank top dust collector is an important parameter in design. It is divided into high pressure, medium pressure and low pressure ash cleaning system, and the pulse valve is divided into high pressure valve and low pressure valve according to the pressure area in the gas bag.
The pulse bag filter mainly uses the compressed gas in the pressure gas bag as the ash energy, which makes the pulse valve start to form a pulse air stream, and reverses the pulse jitter from the top of the filter bag to the bottom of the bag. The filter bag may also cause the friction between the cage and the cage to be too high due to the strong vibration force.
