Central Sales Tax (CST)
Those dealers who effect inter state sales are required to register under the CST Act. Intermediaries like agents; transporters etc. are not required to be registered, as they do not effect sales. The registered dealer can issue form and purchase goods at concessional rate. Registration under CST Act is done by State Sales Tax authorities who are authorised by the state Government for the purpose of registration.

For the Company / LLP:
Copy of Certificate of Incorporation
Particulars of Directors/ partners
Copies of articles of association, memorandum in case of company and partnership deed in case of firm.
Copies of rent agreements
Nominations as Manager
List of places of business, godowns etc
Details of machinery
Details of bankers
Photographs of directors / partners.
