Product Overview
The AL82AL102 Series lubrication system consists of high-pressure plunger pump, grease distributor, cycling indicator and monitor. AL82 Series suits for the machinery with fewer greasing points; AL102 Series is appropriate for the machinery with more greasing points.
Applications
Wind turbine, port machinery, mining machinery, agricultural machinery, hoisting machinery,construction machinery, beverage equipment, etc.
Working Principles
The LCD monitor controls the plunger pump for periodic running. When the system works, the monitor drives the grease pump for outputing grease. After entering the grease tube, the grease is supplied to each lubrication points successively through the progressive distributor according to the specified sequence.
