We make Ceramic rectangular Muffles used in Muffle Furnaces. These Ceramic Muffles are used for baking, pre-heating or melting of small objects inside it and other such testing purposes.
Working :
Heating element in shape of coil or strip is wound on outer side of muffle and object to be melted or heated is kept inside the muffle. The heating coil imparts heat which gets absorbed and transmitted to the object through the muffle.
Our Muffles are straight wall muffles enabling in easy installation and better working. These muffles have very high thermal conductivity which enables maximum heat transfer from coils to objects inside muffles and can attain high temperatures without thermal shocks.

We manufacture Ceramic Muffles in these sizes:
1. Size - 4" x 4" x 9" long
2. Size - 5" x 5" x 10" long
3. Size - 6" x 6" x 12" long
4. Size - 9" x 9" x 12" long
5. Size - 9" x 9" x 18" long.
