JYOTI Polished Soft Ceramic Spray Coating For Industrial Use

To ensure long term performance of Coating, the proper preparation of the surface is of utmost importance & the procedure of surface preparation depends upon the severity of the application, expected service life and surface condition. A thoroughly clean abraded surface will hold the applied coating compound firmly. We recommend the following to be followed…

DIRECTION TO USE:

1. Shake well the packed bucket prior to open.

2. Stir the Resin on opening prior to removal of required quantity.

3. Collect the required quantity only from bucket 3part Resin & 1part Hardener & sealed the balance            material bucket immediately.

4. Mix the Resin & Hardener properly in recommended mixing ratio.

5. On preparation of properly mix material ratio, the mixture must apply immediately within 30 minutes.      (Pot life varies with ambient temperature & quantity of the mixture & also the Viscosity depends on   the  ambient temperature & quantity of the mixture & pot life of the mixture).

6. Apply the second coat between 20 to 30 minutes after first coat. (For where ever the second coat of          respective material recommended).

7. After successful of application, permit 5 to 6 hours curing time before transportation, assembly etc.         purpose, however the actual use of surface contact area functional material application is recommended  after 24 hours. (Working time & curing time of the coating depends on the mixed mass & temperature. Higher the ambient temperature, faster will be the rate of curing).

8. Maximum 5% of Epoxy/NC Thinner for thinning the coating material.

9. For Sprayable coating application the Pilot Spray Gun Type P - 80 (Gravity feed gun with 0.75 Ltrs. capacity gravity cup) Nozzle aperture size - 1.57 mmis recommended.

10. Shelf life of the material in original airtight packed container is 8 to 10 months.
