CERTUSS Steam Generators

A combination of components from our own production line together with those from renowned manufacturers are used during the manufacturing process. The result is a unit supplied complete with accessories that is ready to operate and ready for connection (CVE). CERTUSS steam generators negate the need for time consuming and costly pre-installation procedures and offer factory tested safety and reliability and offer a compact high capacity system with a considerably reduced power requirement. 
A wide range of ancillary equipment such as the Thermotimat control unit that allows for automatic operation of the plant without the need for personnel, is also available. 
The SC series CERTOMAT system, installed as standard, indicates the operating state of the steam generator, displaying the information in plain text and storing messages for detailed evaluation at a later stage. 
The touch screen of the TC series guides the operator graphically through all the application steps and when required provides access to system specific supplementary functions, reminders for maintenance dates or further preventative measures for maintaining operational reliability. 
All the signals can be integrated into a process control system provided by the customer (GLT). The inclusion of the steam generator control system into a company network is also possible. The data transfer can be affected via Ethernet switch directly or via interfaces, for example PROFIBUS, DSL or GSM. 
The latest models from a proven series, the CERTUSS Universal 500 - 1800 TC feature immediate modulating output adjustment and a simplified operation. The CERTUSS Universal series of steam generators are manufactured in four sizes and can be supplied with oil, gas or combination combustion. Available as either individual units or in multiples these new generation steam generators meet all requirements.
