• Face paper elevator - To match high-speed feeding head, adopt high-strength turbine reducer.
  
  • Vice feeding mechanism realize non-stop feeding, saving stacking time, improving working efficiency.
  • Preloading unit adopt imported linear rail and lead screw, ensuring high precision and auto adjustment according to paper size, greatly reducing paper pile changing time.

• Top paper and bottom paper register system: adopt independent developed computer system , automatic calculating paper position and control front lay motion, realizing high-precision under high speed laminating. Side lays trace paper during the whole course, reducing idle running time and improving working efficiency.
• Bottom Paper Feeding System Servo motor driven powerful sucking belts, responding swiftly and quickly, ensuring high speed smooth feeding and avoiding paper jam for both cardboard and corrugated paper. Air volume is controlled by frequency converter.
• Gluing system
  
  • Adopt imported gluing pump; Stainless steel checkered gluing roller is elaborated with twice grinding, precision reaches ±0.005mm.
  • Coordinated with high precision glue coating roller, glue coating layer can be adjusted to 8 g/m², ensuring even coating for thin and think paper as well as A,B,C,E,F flute.  

• Electric System Servo systems, man-machine interface, PLC coordinate together, real-time monitor working state, abnormal places. Maintenance state working record can also be checked and shown. Elaborated with CE standard, performance and security is combined perfectly.
