The conveyor structure is fabricated from stainless steel with precision-welded frames and corrosion-resistant components. It utilizes a stainless steel roller chain or slat chain that runs on hardened guide rails or wear strips made of stainless steel or UHMWPE. The system is powered by an electric geared motor with variable frequency drive (VFD) for adjustable speed control. Chain pitch, conveyor width, and length are fully customizable based on load type and application. Load capacity typically ranges from 50 kg/m to 1000 kg/m. The system includes side guides, product supports, and adjustable legs. Optional features include wash-down design, drain ports, sensor integration, and automated control panels. The conveyor operates with low noise, high strength, and excellent resistance to water, chemicals, and heat.
