Load Chain Wheel :
	Made of MIC /Cast steel to IS: 1030
Gear & Pinions :
	Made of alloy steel, case hardened to a high surface hardness , teeth generated ( hob cut ) to perfect involutes, corrected for high bending strength & low wear.
Bearing :
	Extra – heavy ball bearings are provided for load carrying spindle.
Frame :
	Build of steel plates.
Load Brake :
	Automatic mechanical type, comprising screw & brake discs and ratchet and pawl, capable of instantaneously & effectively arresting and sustaining load in all working positions.
Hooks :
	Forged Steel Shank Hooks to IS:15560
High mechanical efficiency & very long life;
	This is achieved mainly by proper correction & accurate mating of the gearteeth and very smooth & high hard surface of the teeth, use of extra heavy ball bearing for support of high grade alloy steel load chain & cast steel load chain wheel, and perfect matching of chain wheel with the respective chains.
