Specifications:• Hooks: Steel forged as per IS-8610 to withstand shock loads• Load wheel: The load wheel is made of heavy duty malleable casting• Gears: All gears are accurately machine cut from special alloy steel and case hardened• Ball bearing: Load wheel on two ball bearings for smooth operation• Hand chain wheel: The hand chain wheel made from pressed sheet steel provided with guides to prevent snagging and fouling hand chain• Load Chain: Grade 80 IS:6216 Alloy steel chains, accurately calibrated to ensure free movement. Each link is tested to twice the safe working load and can stand shock loads• Brake: Screw and friction disc type self-actuating load pressure brake ensures safety• Mono blocks with reduced headroom: All the capacities can be supplied duly fixed with traveling trolleys.• Test: Block confirms to the testing requirement of IS.
