Vibro Sifter is used for screening, sieving, grading for solid-liquid separation, process to separate the desired elements and the undesired elements from the combination of solid to solid (where two solids are generally having different properties) and solid to liquid material.
Vibro sifter is suitable for mass production of industrial sieving, it can be used in the separation process of solids in liquids, for the separation of different particle sizes in the same product, for safety sieving to eliminate foreign matter, for the homogenization of particles, etc
How it works? Gyro screen is widely used to handle all screening problems such as sieving, grading, separating or scalping bulk materials. Gyro Screen uses gyratory motion generated by vibratory motors. It is specially designed to adjust easily; it allows complete material control to optimize separation quality.
Mechanical sifter is useful for gradation and separation of dry powders or granules based on gyratory vibration principle. This machine utilizes screens of different sizes for sifting and separating of the materials until the required size is obtained.
