Check Valve

AV Instrument Check Valve is designed for leak free closure, regulation and management of fluids in process systems. With a wide variety of port sizes, end connections, style, temperature and pressure tolerance FAV Check Valve are critical for instrumentation, fluid and process control system.

They are Instrument Check Valve and non-return valve that permit gases and liquids to flow in only one direction, preventing process flow from reversing. FAV Instrument Check Valve provide unidirectional flow and tight shut-off for liquids and gas with high reliability. When differential drops below cracking pressure (20 psi ±30%), valve shuts off. Ball Check Valve prevents reverse flow where leak-tight shut-off is not mandatory. When differential drops below cracking pressure, valve closes.

A wide array of configurations are available such as Female Check Valves ,Male Check Valves, Female to Male Check Valves and Tube End Check Valves (Double Ferrule) We also manufacture customized Instrument Check Valve in various styles , shapes and sizes. We offer Check Valves for low pressure and high pressure applications with selectable crack pressures as well as Check Valves with adjustable crack pressures. Instrument Check Valve are offered with compression and NPT end connections, and a wide variety of Imperial and Metric end connections are available.
