Our Water Cooled Diesel Engine is made from premium grade raw materials that offer high strength to the structure. The Water Cooled Diesel Engine consists of bearing journals that assure durability and crankshaft for induction hardening. We can supply in the range from 3.5HP to 24HP 1500 rpm.

Specifications

Type	Vertical Water Cooled, Totally Enclosed, Compression, Ignition, Four Stroke Cycle, Cold Starting Diesel Engine.
Rotation	Standard rotation is clockwise when facing the flywheel. Engines with anticlockwise rotation can be supplied against specific requirements.
Cooling	Engine cooling can be arranged by run through water supply of Radiator / Tank cooling.
Drive	Standard Power take-off is from the flywheel side. In case of special requirement power take-off from the Gear end, at half engine speed can be provided.
Lubricating Oil	SAE 30 or equivalent.
Fuel Oil	High Speed Diesel Oil.
Low Fuel Consumption	Low fuel consumption is achieved because of a special combustion process in LG where complete combustion takes place in the hollow chamber located in the spiston crown. It minimises heat losses and ensure maximum utilisation of fuel. This makes LG far more economical and brings in a substantial saving in fuel cost.
