Chemical Cleaning Tank

The chemical cleaning tank can be used to cleaning for air cooler of ships and drilling platforms. It is the essential equipment of chemical cleaning system of air cooler.
The unit is compact structure and easy operation; all exterior interfaces can be set according to cabin-room pipeline request.
The unit is composed of public base, tank body, circulation pump, inhalant filter, steam heating coil, thermometer, pressure gauge, pressure gauge valve, liquidometer, electric control box, valve and pipeline etc.
The detergent are plunged into the chemical cleaning tank, exhausting sundries by the filter, cleaning liquid is pressurized to send into the air-cooler by the circulation pump, remove sundries and filth in the air-cooler.
