Its joint venture with M/S Volvo refractories which is already a potential player in the field of Acid proof bricks with a motto “Nothing but the best “and Jash Clay Products with the ultramodern facilities came in the market with the slogan “Better than the best”. Furthermore JCP has special interest in KBC Refectories Pvt.Ltd for manufacturing Acid proof tiles of sizes 200x200, 150x150, 230x115 with thickness of 10, 12, 15 and 20mm in heavy roller kiln. JCP is managed by technocrats and director has vast experience in the field of ceramics, refractories and machineries has provided technical assistance to various other factories in the field. (1)Production Facilities: Company is equipped with Tunnel kiln designed to suit firing of Acid Resistance Bricks and tiles. Equipped with press one 150 mt(own make).one Sacmi press 300 mt and hydraulic press of 100mt pressure. Production system is semi mechanized which requires lesser labor, supervisor and quality of production is assured. (2)Quality Control : We are equipped with full fledged laboratory for testing raw materials and finished products(As per Is-4860).The lab is equipped with following instruments: Compressive strength testing machine with digital display up to 3000 kn(Aimil make) Flexural Strength testing machine with digital display up to 1500 kn(Aimil make) Chemical analysis facilities for alumina, silica, acid resistant. Lab Scale machines such as crusher. Disintegrators and fine grinding. Company is an ISO 9001-2008 Certified company. (3)Synopsis: Our logo is JCP which means “Just Call Producer”.
