Chesterfield Sofa

A chesterfield sofa consists of a heavy and stuffed sofa set that was extremely common in 18th-century Europe. These sofas usually have an upholstered seat and intricately carved out back and arm rest. Some chesterfield sofas also have a long seat and one inclined end to provide some back rest. However, this style has fewer takers in modern day living rooms that prefer lighter sofa sets.
