Application

working principle
wet material are sent into feeder by belt conveyor or bucket elevator from the feed inlet. The main part of rotary dryer is a slightly inclined cylindrical body which can rotate. The materials enter into the inner side of drum to be dried by the downstream contact with the hot air of the drum or countercurrent contact with the heat surface. After drying, the products are discharged from the other side. The cylinder body wall is equipped with forward copy board that constantly held up and down the materials to greatly increase the thermal contact area, thus improve the drying speed and prompt the materials move forward. After the materials are dried by heat carrier (hot air, flue gases), the cyclone dust collector collect the dust and drain it away.
