Chill Rolls

We are offering chill rolls. centrifugal process(icdpdpic)):the rolling mill rolls are double poured duplex rolls and are manufactured by the advance centrifugal process. Duplex rolls have the advantage of selecting the harder best performing material on the working surface, which is primarily a cr-ni-mo alloyed chill cast iron & a relatively softer material inside. After casting the rolls are annealed to relieve the internal stresses thus improving the strength of the material. After heat treatment the rollers are proof machined & fitted with shaft to close tolerance.
