Moulding shops have all the necessary facilities like Sand Mullers, Moulding Boxes & Tackles, Patterns, Mould Drying Ovens, Compressors, Ladles of various capacities from 1000 Kgs to 6000 Kgs. ASSEMBLY AND CASTING : Assembly and Casting of Rolls are carried out in Casting Pits of various sizes and depths. HEAT TREATMENT : Heat treatments are carried out where ever required in one electric furnace of 30MT capacity.
