China Clay, Grade : A/B/C

We are offering China Clay. China clay powder is a hydrated aluminum silicate which contributes to the improvement in chemical resistance, electrical properties and reduction in water absorption. It lowers the crack tendency in the finished products, improves shock resistance and surface quality. It improves properties like good process ability; low mill sticking and uniform cure rates. China clay is formed by weathering or hydrothermal alternation of felspatic rocks. Use of china clay lowers the crack tendency in the finished products, it also improves shock resistance quality. Acid insoluble : 97.5% ph : 6-8% b.d. : 0.5gm/cc oil absorption : 39.5 ml/100gm whiteness : 78% to 85% application of china clay china clay is most appropriate product for paper coating. It gives high brightness and good printing performance to the coating quality and effectively reduce energy consumption during drying process with reduction in binder demand.
