Applicable scope: SCC ZM Lighting Bus Duct is applicable for power transmission/distribution system with rated voltage up to 400V, rated operation current 25A~63A, and frequency 50~60 Hz.
Structural performance of SCC ZM
The sheath is assembled by rail type Al-alloy section, is of small volume, light weight and high strength, can be applied in big-span installation on construction field.
It can be configured in form of 3-phase 5-line or 3-phase 4-line, etc.
By feeding through the 2-/3-hole socket configured as standard, it is easy and safe to lead in wire.
Insulation configuration of SCC ZM
Standard insulation support is used to separate the insulation wires of different phases.

With a seal structural design, the degree of protection is up to IP54.
The bus system can withstand 2,500V line-frequency voltage for 1min without breakdown and flashover; the insulation resistance is up to 20 MΩ.
When the bus system is operating at rated current normally, the temperature rise is not higher than: 60k for connection terminal, 30k for sheath.
