Chisel Type Diamond Dressers

We are offering chisel type diamond dressers.in these dressers, a single high quality diamond that has been polished to the required shape and dimensions to dress specific forms into conventional abrasive grinding wheels quickly and accurately. Forming dressers have a wedge shape with certain angle to ensure that the corner of the diamond does not touch the grinding wheel.
chisel diamond tools are made with an included angle & a specific radius. The included angle begins with 15 degree and up to 105 degree. The main included angles are 40 & 60 deg. The diamond chisel is normally not made sharp or a flat on its face, it should have radial surface e.g. 0.125, 0.25, 0.5 mm.
chisel diamond tools are usually selected for dressing small concave radii. Chisel dressing tools are not recommended for superabrasive wheel dressing. There the superabrasive & their bond don’t lend themselves for this chisel tool truing, dressing & forming procedure.
