This tool forms accurate Profile on the Grinding wheel. These Diamonds are sensitive to shock & Impact, extended depth of cut or vibration may fracture or break the Diamond. Mounting the Tool vibration free, with feed rate about 0.01 0.02mm, with ample amount of coolant derives best tool life & performance. These tools are mainly used on Studer M/C, Toyoda M/c, Mitsubishi M/C, Okuma M/C, Fortuna M/c etc.
