This test method allows evaluation of chloride permeability characteristics of concrete. The test is performed to monitor the amount of electrical current passing through concrete cores or cylinders. The meter consists of a digital unit for the generation, application and readout of the voltage, of a pair of symmetrical cells fitted with conductive retina, sensor and cables.
