1st Coat :Â A chlorinated rubber based anti-corrosive primer containing zinc phosphate pigment. When top coated with Chlorokote finish, the coating system exhibits superb water impermeability and resistance to acid fumes. An economical coating system for structural steel, equipments etc, in coastal and chemical environment. This red version contains red oxide of iron apart from zinc phosphate pigment.
2nd Coat :Â A high build Chlorinated rubber based intermediate coat with lamellar micaceous iron oxide pigment. The coating imparts tough and durable film with exceptional impermeability to moisture and many industrial chemicals. The grey version contains Titanium dioxide apart from micaceous iron oxide pigment.
3rd Coat :Â A chlorinated rubber finishes using selective chemical and weather resistant pigments for protection of steel and concrete stuctures in coastal and chemical environment. The coating renders tough glossy film with high resistance to moisture penetration, fungus growth, fumes and spillage of most acids and chemicals. The coating is ideal for application on swimming pools.
