Chlorine Dioxide Generator With Chemical Technique

Chlorine dioxide generator(ClO2) is generally recognized as a new generation of sterile on the international plan, and widely used in various fields in the world. It has been approved by American Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) for steam sterilization in medical treatment and sanitation industry, it has been approved by American Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for steam sterilization of food industry equipment, and it is classified as food additive by food hygiene law of Japan. Chlorine dioxide has the disinfection effect of broad spectrum, high active, strong power and high-speed, the sterilization ability is 2-5 times of existing chlorine series disinfector. Water treated by chlorine dioxide has no carcinogens, such as chloroform etc. and it is innoxious and safety. Its safety performance is defined as AI grade by the World Health Organization, and it is the most ideal alternatives for chlorine series disinfector, such as liquid chlorine, bleaching powder extraction, sodium hypochlorite etc.
Chlorine dioxide generator with chemical technique is a new kind of equipment which covers a small area, and it has the characteristics of beautiful appearance, simple operation, safety and reliability. The whole equipment is made of PVC corrosion resistant materials and it has long service life.
Application
Disinfection for drinking water, such as running water, deep well water, Second-water etc.;
Disinfection for hospital sewage and swimming pool water;
Decolorization, sterilization and deodorization for industrial sewage and sanitary sewage;
Sterilization for industrial cooling recirculation water and reuse of grey water;
Sterilization for food and beverage industries;

Classification of models
Chlorine dioxide generator produced by our company is divided into two models and eight specifications according to rated output of chlorine and performance.
JP-I model: generator of this model directly produce gas agent of chlorine dioxide with the aid of running water or pressure water pipe (water pressure is greater than 0.25 MPa), then pour in the object by the injector. The equipment is mainly used for disinfection and sterilization in large sewage treatment plants and large and medium-size water treatment plant, also for treatment for sterilizing and eliminating algae of industrial cooling recirculation water.
JP-II model: Operating principle of generator of this model is to produce thimerosal prepared for production which could be recycled. The equipment is mainly used for the treatment of hospital sewage, sanitary sewage, and swimming pool water, wastewater treatment for paper mill and printing and dyeing industries and sterilizing treatment for food and sanitation industries.
