Chlorine Evaporator

The Evaporators that we offer is segregated into two cubicles; the Inner Cubicle and the Outer Cubicle. Chlorine liquid is shifted directly from the source to the inner cubicle through the container pressure. The Inner Cubicle is immersed in a temperature regulated steam bath that enhances the temperature of chlorine making it to boil and vaporize. The Chlorine liquid enters the inner cubicle and keeps the needed level required to meet the vaporization rate for gas demand. Automatically, a shift in gas demand will make the chlorine liquid level to adjust. The gas thus produced is superheated as it travels through series of baffles while leaving the cubicle. Normally, a superheated gas is needed to check the re-liquefaction of chlorine in the process lines.
