Chlorine Evaporator

Are used wherever the rate of unaided chlorine gas withdrawal from multiple containers is not fast enough to keep up with consumption requirement. The main function of the evaporator is to convert liquid chlorine into gas chlorine form.It is an electrically heated immerse tank type heat exchanger. The unit has adequate controls & safety function for operation. Level in the water bath tank is maintained by solenoid which controls make up water flow. The thermostat maintains hot water temperature. The evaporating chamber and water tank are cathodicaly protected. The electric water heater is immersed in to water bath tank assuring uniform distribution of heat. The Evaporators are available in various capacity ranges considering rate of withdrawal of gas.
