Chlorine Tonner

We manufacture Liquid Chlorine tonner of 990 liters capacity. The unit comes with all safety features as per norms. The chlorine tonners are provided with all accessories like safety fittings, valves as per requirement. Chlorine containers are built in accordance with the ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code and are rated for 16 Bar. The chlorine tonners manufactured by us are rigorously tested and certified prior to dispatch and confirm to various international specifications, codes and DOT specifications for storage and transport of Hazardous gases. The tonners are designed to withstand impact loads and are Finite Element Analysis tested to study stress concentration and fail safe design , Reverse dishend design allow expansion of volume in case of an accident by reversal of dishend curvature and prevent mechanical failure .
